This is what I have been doing for the past 6 months, along with going through the subdivision/building approval roundabout. Title is about to be issued, approval seems to be a few weeks off.
The location for those who know the property is about 200 metres down from Sunday Hill Rd and close to the northern boundary. on the rise above the big dam.

A bit more of the same, I first thought a few trees would do the job. We are up to about 11 now.
