before core filling with concrete using mortar to adjust levels seemed easiest

the bolts are tie downs for the bearers connected to reo which extends into the footing so if it blows away it takes Australia with it

The back paddock

This is what I have been doing for the past 6 months, along with going through the subdivision/building approval roundabout. Title is about to be issued, approval seems to be a few weeks off.

The location for those who know the property is about 200 metres down from Sunday Hill Rd and close to the northern boundary. on the rise above the big dam.
